Confusion or Clarity... has the 2007 New Zealand Curriculum provided primary teachers with clearer understandings of Technological knowledge?

Abstract
This paper discusses the findings from a research thesis study undertaken during 2007 and 2008. This research study examined primary teachers' understandings of technological knowledge in response to changing notions of technological knowledge in current educational research, and differing definitions of technological knowledge in technology education. The paper focuses on the main findings regarding teachers' understandings of technological knowledge in response to recent curriculum developments and discusses several resulting implications for technology education.
