Cancellations

Registration cancellations should be notified in writing to the Conference Administrator. Cancellations for registrations received before 4 September 2009 will receive a refund, less a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the Conference Administrator of any name changes.
