Conference update Monday 25th July

Due to the inclement weather across the country many participants and presenters are finding it challenging to get into Dunedin.

We are reshaping the programme and conference events on an hourly basis to ensure that participants that do arrive in Dunedin will be given the opportunity to participate in a range of events and presentations as practicable.

The refund policy concerning cancellations is on the website.

Any changes to that policy will need to be made by the Conference Committee. As costs have been incurred such as catering and venue hire the Committee will need to review the budget prior to making any changes to this policy. We will advise participants of any changes to this policy as soon as possible.
